I have a question concerning the compatibility of the Turtle beach ear force x31 with the xbox one. I have read that for most older headsets the adapter is needed and I have seen all kinds of lists about the different headsets which are compatible. However, for me it is still unclear if the turtle beach ear force x31 is compatible with the xbox using the adapter? It is not really mentioneD in the list but other headsets of the same series like the x41 or x32 are compatible.

Therefore my confusion dorce. If you already have the headset adapter and the x31 you could forxe them, I cant find any thing to say they are compatible. Yeah, I think I need the adapter for most headsets so I will buy it anyway.

By connecting the headset to the controller, you already have chat audio channel and should be able to hear and talk over Xbox Live Chat.
As for game audio, stereo RCA cables need to be connected to the headset transmitter. What connection type do you use for your TV? What connection do you use for your TV from your Xbox? Composite Yellow? Also, if all connections seem right, check the settings. Make sure the headset's volume is turned up.
